Accommodation

Accommodation has been booked at various hotels especially for the conference delegates at very special discounted rates. Participants can book their accommodation online through the conference website. As demand for rooms is very high in the city, it is advisable to secure your accommodation at the earliest to avoid any disappointment and inconvenience at the time of the conference.

 Rates (in EUROS) quoted below are per room, per night, including breakfast and VAT. In case of tax/vat change, the rates will be updated accordingly. Rates are subject to change.

 Payment must be made in advance to the order of EurBee 6/GADE EVENTOS Conference Secretariat.

 IMPORTANT: Please remember to state EurBee and participant’s name on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat. Participants name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. 

 Cancellation and changes

 Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the change or cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat

 Change of hotel, guest, number of nights or dates: EUR 25

 Hotel cancellation fees

 Until 30 June 2014: EUR 25 
 Between 30 June and 31 July 2014: EUR 50 
 After 1 August 2014: Minimum rate for one night. 

 The conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge for the full stay depending on the hotels’ terms and conditions. Credit cannot be given for late arrivals or early departure. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
