Eurbee 2014

Call for Abstracts

Submission of abstracts for inclusion into the confirmed symposia is already open. Abstracts must be submitted via mail (eurbee2014@gadeeventos.es) until March 31st, 2014. Each attendant can only submit at most one poster and one talk.

 Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and will be selected for either oral or poster presentation. You should, however, state your preference (Poster / Talk) during the submission process.

 Each symposium will comprise talks each of 15 minutes (12 minutes talk+3 minutes of discussion) and communications for the poster sessions. 

 Inclusion in the Scientific Program and Book of Abstracts is dependent on payment of registration fees.

 Abstract Submission Guidelines

 Abstracts for presentations should be written in English (max. 250 words) using only Times New Roman font 12 points.

 Conference attendant’s name must be underlined.

 When submitting your abstract please indicate the symposium you would like it considered for.

 Confirmation of Receipt of Abstract

 You will be sent an acknowledgement via email to confirm that your abstract has been received. If you do not receive the acknowledgement within three working days of your submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat on eurbee2014@gadeeventos.es.
