Cancellation and changes
Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the change or cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat
Hotel cancellation fees:
Until 30 January 2016: EUR 15
Between 30 January and – 25 February 2015: EUR 25
After 25 February 2016: Minimum rate for one night.
The conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge for the full stay depending on the hotels’ terms and conditions. Credit cannot be given for late arrivals or early departure. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

All payments must be made in EUROS by bank transfer
