 Abstracts' submission rules</h3>

 From 25th of July to 15th of October, 2013</h4>

  

 The papers will be connected to any of the 9 Thematic Areas of the Programme of the Conference and some of the Working Group selected by the Scientific Committee. The abstracts will contain the following information:

  
<ul>
 <li>
 Assigned area and Working Group of the Conference (name and number).</li>
 <li>
 Title of the paper both in Spanish and English.</li>
 <li>
 Authors' details: name, department, university, email, contact telephone numbers and a brief reference curriculum (maximum 10 lines), to be specified in the case of multiple authors who are going to present the paper at the conference. The maximum number of authors per paper is 4.</li>
 <li>
 Five key words in Spanish and English.</li>
 <li>
 Relevance and justification of the paper in the working group and in the Conference.</li>
 <li>
 Summary of the paper, between 500 and 1000 words, to contain at least: objectives, methodology, expected results and potential conclusions.</li>
 <li>
 Main Bibliographic References (maximum 5).</li>

 The deadline for the abstract submission is October the 15th, 2013. To be sent by <a href="http://congresos.um.es/trabajosocial/trabajosocial2014/schedConf/cfp">http://congresos.um.es/trabajosocial/trabajosocial2014/schedConf/cfp</a> and carbon copy to <a href="mailto:congresots@um.es">congresots@um.es</a>.

 In order to facilitate maximum participation of the academic, research and teaching community, only one paper can be submitted by each working group.

  

 The Conference Scientific Committee will select the received papers' abstracts through a process of double-blind peer review. The selected papers will be published by working group on November the 10th, 2013. The full text must be presented later to the working group on the determined form and time set to be subjected to a final evaluation. In all cases the presentation and the approval of the definitive paper as well as the registration at the Conference of all the authors who have signed the paper, will be mandatory for the acceptation and reciption of the accreditation. The authors will receive the accreditation after presenting the paper at the Conference.

  

 Accepted papers will be published in an e-book with ISBN. Moreover, the Scientific Committee will select up to 25 papers presented amongst the different thematic areas, to be published in AZARBE, Revista de Trabajo Social y Bienestar.
